Ellanse Treatment
It is a product designed not only to fill volume under the wrinkle and give additional volume in individual areas (e.g., increase the cheekbones), but also an active stimulator of new collagen production. This is one of the main differences between the ELLANSE implant and hyaluronic acid-based fillers.
The smooth and creamy texture of ELLANSÉ products is obtained from the use of PCL microspheres (primary component) that are homogeneously suspended in a gel composed mainly of water (CMC). The simplicity of the unique composition of this product and the technology used make possible the transparency and predictability of the performance and safety of the ELLANSÉ range of dermal filler products.
The particle size of 25-50 microns, the concentration of the particles, their smooth surface, their essential spherical shape, and the viscosity result in a product with a smooth texture and an excellent level of injectability, even when used with very fine needles (27G).
The resulting structure of Polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres results in a soft implant with an immediate effect and long durability.
